The Chat feature in Groovio allows you to communicate directly with students, either individually or in group chats. This feature makes it easy to share updates, provide support, or organize group communications within your studio.
Accessing the Chat Feature
To start chatting, go to Groovio > Chat. From here, you can either initiate a chat with a single student or create a group chat with multiple participants.
Chat Capabilities
In the Chat view, you have several options for communication:
Start a Chat with a Student: Begin a private conversation with any student for one-on-one communication.
Create a Group Chat: Set up a group chat with multiple students for team-based communication or announcements.
Send Media and Documents: Share photos or documents directly within the chat to provide additional resources or materials.
Text Messaging: Send text-based messages to communicate important updates, instructions, or just to stay connected.
