Summary: we regularly review and update our HandsHQ RAMS content library, based on feedback and legal changes. Customers on Basic, Advanced and Pro plans use this library as default. Customers on Enterprise plans have the option to choose between using the default HandsHQ library or creating their own.

Note: These additions are not automatic for HandsHQ customers with content editing and risk register. If you are unsure about your plan or want to add something to your library from this list, please contact support.

Updated July 2024

This month, we have made the following updates to the standard HandsHQ library, to keep it up to date and facilitate a smoother experience for our users. Many thanks to our customers who provided the feedback that led to these changes!

  • Fire alarm testing schedule - 6-month inspection and service: updated the reference to the latest version (2017) when referring to BS5839 Part 1 2017 (Clause 45)

  • "Additional information" section added: A new blank section is permanently added to the default method statement sections. This will enable users to have extra space for any information that doesn't fit into the other pre-determined headings.

  • A "blank" sequence of operations task added into the General category: this means that for any project, users can now add a custom sequence of work to the document regardless of what categories they select. You can add steps and edit the name of the task to make it more site-specific. Just tick the box, and add your steps!
