This article explains two methods for locating a specific work order. You can use either the detailed reporting filters in the Reporting section or the quick search function on the Billing page to efficiently find work order details, check statuses, and manage services.

Method 1: Using the Reporting Page

  1. Navigate to the Reporting tab in the main navigation bar.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Service Management to open the Work Orders report.

  3. Locate the Work Order # filter field at the top of the page.

  4. Enter the complete work order number, including the WO- prefix, into the field and press Enter to filter the results.

Method 2: Using the Billing Page

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab in the main navigation bar.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Work Orders.

  3. Select the appropriate status tab for your work order (Not Ready, Ready, or Invoiced).

  4. Enter the full work order number into the Search field located on the top right of the page.

Tips for a Successful Search

If your search does not return any results, check the date range filters. The work order you are looking for may fall outside the currently selected dates. Expand the date range and try your search again.
