Heepsy has the option to write public reviews of collaboration experiences between users. This way, before collaborating with another user, you will be able to see the reviews of their past experiences in their profile.
How to write reviews?
In the My Proposals section, for each line where a proposal has received a response, you will notice that the Add Review button is activated.
When you click on the Add Review button, a new window will open, allowing you to share your review and rating. We emphasize the importance of providing reviews with respect and clarity.
When can I write reviews?
Reviews can be written for all the open negotiations with brands. When one of the parties submits a review, the other party will have the button to create a review active for the next 14 days. The reviews will be published on the profiles after that period.
The reviews are public and will appear on your profile, so other users will be able to see them. At the My Profile section you will be able to see not only reviews about you, but also all the reviews you have written over time.
If you disagree with any of the reviews on your profile, you can always select the flag icon and communicate your disagreement to Heepsy support team.
