Atlas subscriptions are tied to the specific Shopify store where the app was installed. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between stores.

Can I transfer my subscription?

No. Your Atlas subscription is linked to the Shopify store where you originally installed the app and approved the billing. There is no way to move that subscription to a different store.

If you want to use Atlas on a different store, you'll need to install the app on that store and start a new subscription. Your usage, billing, and trial are managed independently per store.


Can I use one subscription on multiple stores?

No. Each Shopify store requires its own Atlas installation and subscription. This is a limitation of Shopify's app billing system, which handles subscriptions on a per-store basis to keep billing accurate and secure.

If you're running multiple stores, each one will have its own base plan, usage tracking, and billing cycle. There is no way to share or bundle subscriptions across stores.
