If you no longer wish to continue with your Atlas subscription, modify your subscription plan, or uninstall the app from Shopify, you can manage these actions easily. Follow these steps:
Steps to Manage Your Subscription:
Open the Atlas app from your Shopify admin.
From the left-hand menu, click Subscription.
Select the red Cancel Subscription button to stop any ongoing subscription payments.

Switching from an Annual Plan to a Monthly Plan
To change your subscription from an annual plan to a monthly plan:
Log in to your Atlas account and navigate to the Subscriptions section.
Cancel your current annual subscription. Note: Only the account owner can perform this action; administrators cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
After cancellation, start a new subscription and choose your preferred monthly plan.
Switching to the Free Plan
To switch your Atlas account to the free plan:
Log into your Atlas account.
Open the Subscriptions section.
Click on the option to cancel your current subscription. This action will terminate the paid subscription and transition your account to the free plan.
Important Notes
Self-Service Process: All subscription changes must be completed by the account owner. Admin users are unable to make these changes on your behalf.
Plan Changes: After canceling a subscription, you can select a new plan immediately or wait until your current billing cycle ends.
Billing Cycle: When downgrading from a paid to a free plan, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the ongoing billing cycle.
If you do not see the cancel button, it means that your subscription has already been cancelled.
Uninstalling the Atlas App from Shopify
Once you have canceled your subscription, follow these steps to uninstall the app from Shopify:
In the Shopify admin dashboard, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Locate the app named Atlas: AI Store Builder in the list of installed apps.
Click Uninstall or Delete to remove the app from your Shopify store.
