Everything related to your Atlas subscription is managed from the Subscription page inside the Atlas app.
This article walks you through each section of that page and covers the most common actions like applying discounts, cancelling, and uninstalling.
In this article:
The Subscription page
To access your subscription settings, open the Atlas app from your Shopify admin and click Subscription in the left-hand menu.
The Subscription page has two tabs:
Plan details shows your current plan, your next billing date, the discount code field, and a full breakdown of what's included in your plan. This is also where you'll find the Cancel Subscription button.
Usage & billing shows your real-time usage across all categories (Atlas Pages, Atlas Bundler, and Atlas Cart), your current tier for each, and a breakdown of your current bill. This is the best place to check what you'll be charged for the current billing cycle.
Applying a discount code
If you have a discount code, you can apply it from the Plan details tab.
Open the Atlas app and click Subscription in the left-hand menu.
On the Plan details tab, enter your code in the Enter discount code field near the top of the page.
Click Apply.
Discount codes apply to the $39 base monthly fee only. They do not apply to any additional usage-based charges.
How to cancel your subscription
Open the Atlas app from your Shopify admin.
In the left-hand menu, click Subscription.
On the Plan details tab, click the red Cancel Subscription button in the top right corner.
If you don't see the cancel button, your subscription has already been cancelled.
⚠️ Cancelling your subscription removes access to all paid features immediately. You will not retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Make sure you're ready before confirming.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel your Atlas subscription:
You lose access to all paid features right away. This includes the page builder, bundler, cart upsells, AI product photos, and sales pages.
Any pages you've already imported into your Shopify theme will remain on your store. Cancelling Atlas does not remove content that's already part of your theme.
Your Atlas account data is retained, so if you resubscribe later, your previous settings and configurations will still be there.
💡 If you're on the 7-day free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. However, you'll lose access to all features immediately upon cancellation, not at the end of the trial period.
Uninstalling the Atlas app
If you want to remove Atlas from your store entirely:
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Find Atlas: AI Store Builder in the list.
Click Uninstall to remove the app.
Uninstalling the Atlas app will automatically cancel your subscription. You do not need to cancel separately before uninstalling.
ℹ️ Pages you've already imported into your Shopify theme will remain on your store after uninstalling. Uninstalling Atlas only removes the app itself, not the content it generated.
Grandfathered plans
If you subscribed to Atlas before the current pricing structure was introduced, you may still be on the previous plan (Starter at $49/month or Growth at $99/month).
Your existing plan will remain active until you're notified about the migration via email. You'll receive advance notice with plenty of time to review the changes before anything changes on your account.
If you have questions about the migration, reach out to the Atlas support team through live chat by typing "Talk to agent" in the chat window, or by emailing support@helloatlas.io.
