Publishing a page lands you on a screen headed Nicely done!, confirming that your page is live and offering what you can do next. None of it is required, and you can leave at any point with Go to dashboard.

The heading is Nicely done!, followed by your page's name and is live on your store. Publishing a full store says Your store is live. instead, and a single page says Your page is live.
Two ways out are always available:
Open in theme editor, which opens the page in Shopify so you can adjust it thereGo to dashboard

💡 Create a bundle offer is usually the highest-value of these. It raises the value of traffic that is already arriving at a page you just made live, rather than sending you off to build something new that still has to earn its own traffic.
Leaving the screen
Nothing on this screen is required and nothing expires. Select Go to dashboard and everything it offered is still reachable from Create new and from your page rows.
Your page is already live at this point. The screen is a set of suggestions, not the last step of publishing.
