Dispatch Time

  • Orders eligible for standard shipping are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days from the time they are shipped.

Custom Products

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

  • For custom products, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery. The timing can vary depending on the level of customization and complexity of your order.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order contains more than one item, the shipment will follow the longest estimated delivery time to allow for consolidated shipping (when possible).

For International Orders:

  • Threshold Delivery: Delivered inside the first dry area of your home (e.g., garage or lobby). Perfect for larger furniture pieces.

  • White-Glove Delivery: Our premium service includes in-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal. Best for high-end or oversized items that need special care.
