    • Most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days from the time they are shipped.

Custom Products

  • Custom or made-to-order items require 3–6 weeks for production and delivery.

  • Timing depends on the complexity and level of customization in your order.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order includes more than one item, the shipment will follow the longest estimated delivery time to allow for consolidated shipping (when possible).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
However, for international shipments, customs duties or taxes may still apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are not covered in the shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Are there extra fees for apartments or multi-story buildings?
Yes. If delivery requires moving items above the ground floor, additional building fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

When will my order be shipped?
