We understand that sometimes life doesn’t align perfectly with delivery schedules—whether you're moving, renovating, or simply not ready to receive your new sofa. The good news is, you can request to hold your order before it ships. This option is here to help you manage your delivery at a time that works best for you.

How to Request a Shipment Hold:

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email titled “An Update for You!”

  • If you’d like to delay your delivery, simply submit a hold request within 24 hours of receiving that email.

  • If we don’t hear from you by that time, your order will automatically proceed to shipping.

Holding Duration & Storage Policy:

  • Up to 2 months: Orders can be held in storage for up to two months without any additional cost to you.

  • After 2 months: A 5% storage fee per month will apply, based on the value of your order.

  • Extended holds: If you need to store your order for longer than the free two-month period, please reach out to us for availability and approval.

Important: We recommend requesting the hold only if you're sure about your timeline, as delays beyond 60 days could impact delivery scheduling or product availability.

How to Submit a Hold Request:

To request a hold, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipping notice:

  • Include your order number and your preferred future shipping timeframe.

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send you an email update with the new delivery status.

Important Notes:

  • Hold requests can only be made before the order ships.

  • Once your order is in transit, we can no longer change the delivery schedule.

  • If there’s no communication regarding an extended hold, your order may be shipped automatically, and applicable storage fees may apply.
