The integration runs both ways. As contacts move through Homsie, Homsie writes back to Follow Up Boss so your CRM stays current — no manual copying.
Homsie pushes three things to Follow Up Boss:
A Homsie tag on every contact that exists in Homsie, so you can segment and filter them inside Follow Up Boss.
The property address, written to the contact's address field.
An insights panel on the right-hand side of each contact record, showing that client's home equity, total real-estate volume, and portfolio growth % — all without leaving Follow Up Boss.
A Homsie Source on every contact that does not exist already in follow up boss. If the contact does not exist in Follow Up Boss and they came from signing up directly to your Home Portal, Homsie will push a Homsie Source in Follow up Boss.
The insights panel only appears once you've enabled Homsie in Follow Up Boss's All Integrations (see Connecting Follow Up Boss).
