Once Follow Up Boss is connected, you can pull contacts straight from your FUB smart lists into Homsie.
Run an import
From Integrations, start Import from Follow Up Boss. The wizard has three steps: Select contacts → Configure → Launch & Review.
Select contacts: choose a Smart List from the dropdown — your Follow Up Boss smart lists appear here (Past Clients, Sellers, Sphere, Buyers, and so on) — then pick the contacts to bring in.
Configure the import and Launch it. Homsie processes the contacts and reports back what came in.
What happens to each contact
How a contact is handled depends on whether it has a property address in Follow Up Boss:
Has a property address → Homsie automatically runs a valuation on that address. It lands in your review queue; once you approve it, the client is emailed access to their home portal and begins receiving monthly value updates automatically. In the launch, you can also choose to check off "Auto Approve Homsie AI Valuation". If you check this off, Homsie will automatically approve evaluations and clients will get emails once valuations are completed.
No property address → Homsie automatically emails the contact, explaining the home portal and why it's worth signing up for (monthly value updates, their own portal). When they add their property, you're notified so you can review the evaluation.
