Vitana is the meeting intelligence assistant we have prepared for you in viaim App.
You can tap the Vitana icon at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the Vitana page, then tap the "@" button at the bottom of the page to select a specific record or Space to query.
Alternatively, you can open a specific meeting record and tap the "Chat" button at the bottom to initiate a conversation with Vitana based on that particular record.
You can choose the AI large model and records you want to use, chat with Vitana, and let it analyze and summarize the content of the records.
With the Basic Plan, each question can only be asked based on a single recording.
When you upgrade to the Pro or Ultra Plan, you can ask questions based on multiple recordings, grouped recordings, or all recordings, allowing Vitana to extract key points, analyze content, and provide deeper insights.
This is especially useful when a meeting is split into multiple recordings due to interruptions, or when you want to review and analyze several meetings together.
