What should I do if Bluetooth interference is prompted during recording?

If you find the prompt "Recording is interfered" while recording with the earbuds, which causes poor recording quality or leads the recording to stop, this is due to a special characteristic of the earbuds.

The transmission frequency band used by the earbuds is 2.4 GHz, which is the same as that of typical home Wi-Fi routers. When they are used simultaneously, interference can occur, leading to abnormal data transmission and recording issues.

To avoid interference, try using a 5G Wi-Fi network or mobile data while recording. If interference is severe, remove the earbuds, put them back into the charging case, and wait for 5 seconds. Then reopen the case and reconnect.

If the earbuds are connected to two devices, disconnecting them from the other device during recording can also help improve recording stability.
