All recordings are stored in the viaim App account you used when recording and are automatically uploaded to the cloud by default.
This ensures your data remains safe even if your device is lost. When you log in with the same account on another device, you can download, view, and replay all your recordings without worrying about losing them. Please note that recordings cannot be transferred to a different account.
If you want to export your audio or text records, you can do so directly on the Records page. You can export a single record or select multiple records to export them at once.
Export a single record
Tap the Export button in the top right corner of the Recording Details page.
From there, you can choose to export the transcription, audio, summary, and mind map in various supported formats.
Export multiple records
On the Record page, press and hold to enable multiple selection or select all records, and you can perform operations such as moving, exporting, and downloading the selected record content.
