After connecting your earphones to the viaim App, tap the earphone icon in the top left corner to enter the Earphone Settings page.
Then, tap the About button at the bottom to view details such as your earphone model, firmware version, and serial number.
The earbud serial numbers are also printed on the information label at the back of the original packaging.
