Claim Made at Date
The NSW Claim Data page field Claim Made at Date is now able to be adjusted by users who have access to this page.
Saving a new date will include the new date in the next monthly submission.
The date is able to be changed, but cannot be removed.
If the date needs to be removed, the Claim Made checkbox needs to be unchecked.
Claim Made Checkbox
The Claim Made checkbox is now able to be edited to be marked as unchecked, by users who have access to the Claim Data page for NSW Claims.
When unchecking the Claim Made checkbox, the Liability Status may be cleared, if the Liability Status required the Claim Made checkbox to be checked. This is for Liability Statuses of:
Liability Accepted
Liability Denied
Liability Not Yet Determined
Users will need to update the Liability Status and select a new Liability Status Date if the status was cleared out.
Other fields may no longer be mandatory if the checkbox is unchecked.
