Email Template Merge Field Improvements
Improvements to the Merge Fields tab on the email template editor:
Merge Fields will only show if they are supported for the current system
Some Merge Fields that were previously not working have been fixed
Some Merge Fields that are no longer supported have been removed

Approvals Pages | Additional Filter
A Liability Status Filter has been added to the Filter Panel on all Approvals pages. This is broken down by jurisdictional Liability Statuses.
Self Insurance Compensation Approvals
Users can now open in new tab when right-clicking on the Injury ID in the Compensation Approvals grid.
This will take the user to the edit page of the Weekly Entitlement.
NSW Self Insurance | ClosedAt & ReopenedAt Submission Check
Added a new NSW Submission Check to ensure that the Closed date is after the Reopened date (if it exists) for closed claims, and that the Reopened date is after the Closed date for open claims.
Also fixed an issue with the 'Claim Closed Date is required and must be correct' submission check.
VIC Self Insurance | Specification Version
The Specification field on the Add Submission page has now been hidden. EDT 5.5.1 will now be used for all VIC SI submissions.
Bug Fixes
User Grid Locking
Updated on 6 May.
Before: Locking and/or errors were occurring for some clients on the Users page (and other similar pages).
After: Bug fixed.
Creditor Dropdown Slowness
Updated on 6 May.
Before: The Creditor dropdown on the Add Payment page was slow for clients with lots of creditor data.
After: Performance issue has been fixed.
MFA Multi Account Fix
Before: Due to a security improvement in a previous deployment, users with access to multiple accounts were not able to have tabs logged in to different accounts open in the same browser.
After: Users can now have multiple tabs open and be logged into different accounts again.
HR Import | ExtraFields Overwrite Issue
Before: If some PersonExtraFields columns, but not all, were being included in the HR data import, any existing data for the missing columns was being overwritten.
After: Bug fixed.
User Activity page | SolvUsers Activity
Before: The User Activity page wasn't showing activity by SolvUsers.
After: Bug fixed.
Power Reports | Report Confidential Issue
Before: The report impersonator (used to set access for scheduled reports) was excluding confidential records, even when impersonating a user who had confidential access. This meant that any scheduled reports created via the impersonator excluded all confidential records.
After: Bug fixed. The report impersonator will now include any confidential records that the impersonated user has access to.
Injury Summary Page | Quick Key in Popup
Before: Quick keys still worked when an Add popup was open on the Injury Summary page.
After: Bug fixed.
Injury Close/ Reopen | Side Menu Refresh
Before: The injury side menu was being refreshed multiple times when closing/reopening an injury.
After: Bug fixed. The side menu won't refresh unnecessarily when closing or reopening an injury.
Lost Time Calendar Timing Issue
Before: After adding a Med Cert from the Injury Summary page, sometimes the Injury Summary page loaded before the Lost Time Calendar was updated, so the Lost Time Calendar showed the old value until the page was refreshed.
After: Bug fixed.
Medical Certificate Grid Expand Issues
Before:
The MedCert grid expand only showed the 'Restrictions' field if the 'Restricted Time' checkbox was unticked.
The Restrictions field was not wrapping the text in the grid expand.
After: Bugs fixed.
RTW Plan | Current Capacity Prepopulation Issue
Before: In some scenarios, when adding a new RTW Plan the 'Current Capacity' field was pre-populating the text "No RTW Plan" in addition to the capacity.
After: Bug fixed. It will no longer pre-populate "No RTW Plan".
Claim Document Types | Liability Decision
Before: When the Liability Decision Claim Document type was marked as default, it was causing issues on the Claim Document page.
After: The Liability Decision Claim Document Type can no longer be set as the default, as it is not visible when adding a Claim Document.
Self Insurance | HR Data import causing old closed claims to be submitted
Before: The HR Data import was causing some closed claims to be included in submission.
After: Bug fixed.
ACT Self Insurance | Suburb Submission Check
Before: The Suburb/Postcode submission checks in ACT were flagging when they shouldn't.
After: Bug fixed.
Comcare Self Insurance | Decision Method blank on Edit Appeal page
Before: In Comcare SI, the Decision Method field was sometimes blank when editing an Appeal (this was an intermittent issue).
After: Bug fixed.
Comcare Self Insurance | IsPostalDifferent issue
Before: The IsPostalDifferent field in Comcare SI was not consistent across a person's claims.
After: Bug fixed.
Comcare Self Insurance | Cost Centre issue
Before: The Comcare SI Submission was sending all of the Cost Centres for that account.
After: Bug fixed. The Comcare SI Submission will only send the Cost Centres associated with the selected Policy.
NSW Self Insurance | First Estimate required task due date issue
Before: The 'First Estimate required (NSW)' task due date was incorrect. It was defaulting to Claim Made At date instead of + 7 days.
After: Bug fixed.
NSW Self Insurance | Activity is marked as open when adding a MedCert to a closed claim
Before: Adding a MedCert to a closed NSW SI claim created an Activity record that incorrectly flagged the claim as open.
After: Bug fixed.
NSW Self Insurance | Common Law Submission Check
Before: A NSW Common Law Submission Check was looking at the wrong value.
After: Bug fixed.
NSW Self Insurance | Error Load File Issue
Before: Some clients were getting an error when trying to upload their submission files on the Submission Errors page.
After: Bug fixed.
QLD Self Insurance | Submission Check Issue
Before: The 'The Claim has been Admitted and the Liability Commence Date has not been supplied (4.2.5)' QLD submission check was including deleted Liability Statuses.
After: Bug fixed. The submission check will exclude deleted Liability Statuses.
QLD Self Insurance | Ordinary Earnings Submission Check Issue
Before: The 'There cannot be multiple Ordinary Earnings with the same start date' submission check was not excluding Regulator Deleted records.
After: Bug fixed. The submission check will exclude Regulator Deleted records.
VIC Self Insurance | Compensation Approvals Service Provider
Before: The Service Provider Name was not being set for VIC Weekly payments created via the Compensation Approvals page.
After: Bug fixed.
