New Features and Enhancements

Created By Field on Note Edit Page

The Created By field now displays as read-only on the Notes Edit page. This allows users to access the Note from a Pinned Note and see who has created the Note.


Empty Grid Messages

All empty grids now say "No data available." instead of the grid-specific wording. This has been updated to have consistent messaging.


NSW Self Insurance | Provisional Liability Decision Required Task

The 'Provisional Liability Decision Required' Task has been updated to cater to Deafness claims. If the Nature of Injury is 'Deafness', the task will be due in 21 days (otherwise it will be due in 7 days, as before).


NSW Self Insurance | ABN Submission Check

Added a NSW SI submission check to ensure that the Service Provider's ABN is in the correct format (check digit calculation modulus).


NSW Self Insurance | Notified Name

Extra spaces are now removed from the beginning of the Notifier Name. This was causing submission errors.


QLD Self Insurance | Compensation Periods Grid Totals

The QLD Compensation Periods grid totals now show two totals - the first one excludes the regulator-deleted rows, and the second one includes them.


NIDS Self Insurance | Missing Claim Data Fields

Some fields with conditional visibility were missing from the NIDS (WA, ACT, TAS) SI Legal Records page. Missing Claim Data fields have been added to the Legal Records page for NIDS SI. When these fields are filled in on the Legal Record, the matching fields on the Claim Data page will populate.


Bug Fixes

Email Links in MFA Accounts

Before: Some email links were not working for non-restricted users in accounts with MFA enabled.

After: Bug fixed.


Weekly Alerts Email Template Update

Before: The 'Weekly Alerts' email template had SolvSafety-specific language.

After: Bug fixed for new accounts going forward. Weekly Alert email template wording has been updated to be more generic.

You are able to update any Email Template in your account if needed. Review our article Build and Configure Email Templates.


Injury Creation via Email | Gender Prepopulation Issue

Before: When emailing in an injury, the Gender was not being prepopulated from the linked person record.

After: Bug fixed.


Medical and Rehab Reports | '&' in Provider Field

Before: The Provider field on the Add/Edit Medical Report pages was not allowing an ampersand character.

After: Bug fixed. The Provider field now allows the ampersand character.


Compensation Calculator Edit | Date Fields Mandatory

Before: The 'Date From' and 'Date To' fields were not mandatory when editing a Weekly Entitlement record on the Compensation Calculator.

After: Bug fixed. Date From and Date To fields are now mandatory.


Scheme Payments | Unique ID Issues

Before: UniqueIDs were not being generated for Scheme (non-SI) Payments and Payment Line Items.

After: Bug fixed.


iCare Integration | Initial Notification Issue

Before: The Injury Classification fields on the iCare Initial Notification form were out of date. This was causing issues with the iCare integration.

After: Bug fixed.


NSW Self Insurance | Claim Made At Issue

Before: On the NSW SI Claim Data page, users were able to set a 'Claim Made At' date without ticking the 'Claim Made' checkbox.

After: Bug fixed. The 'Claim Made At' date field will be blank and not editable if the 'Claim Made' checkbox is unticked.


NSW Self Insurance | Estimate PI (%) Mandatory Issue

Before: The 'Estimate PI (%)' field was not mandatory unless Claim Made was ticked, even if Result of Injury was set to Permanent Partial or Total Disability.

After: Bug fixed.


QLD Self Insurance | Status Reason Dropdown Issue on Close Injury Page

Before: When selecting the 'Ceased' liability status on the Close Injury page for QLD SI, all Status Reasons were available to be selected.

After: Bug fixed. Only the Status Reasons applicable to 'Ceased' will show.


QLD SI | Claim Status Submission Issue

Before: If the user that created a QLD liability status record had since been deleted, the liability status record was not included in the submission.

After: Bug fixed.


QLD SI - WorkCover Industry Classification Code Submission Check

Before: The "WorkCover Industry Classification Code has not been supplied" submission check was looking at all data, instead of the specific date range. This was resulting in more errors than expected.

After: Bug fixed.


VIC Self Insurance | Claim Data Return to Work Date Field Issue

Before: The Return to Work Date field on the VIC EDT Claim Data page was populating the value from the latest Ceased Work row, which was sometimes blank. This was sometimes causing submission errors.

After: Bug fixed. The Return to Work Date field will populate the latest non-blank Resumed Work value.


VIC Self Insurance Submission Check | Eligibility File Fixes

Before: The following submission checks were not working correctly.

  • Reason why WPI cannot be assessed is mandatory

  • WPI Determination (%) is mandatory

  • WPI Assessed by is mandatory

After: Bugs fixed. Those submission checks now work correctly.


VIC Self Insurance Submission Check | Multiple Primary Injuries

Before: The VIC submission check for Primary Injury was including deleted Multiple Injury Records.

After: Bug fixed. Deleted records will not be included in the submission check.
