New Features and Enhancements

Creditor BSB Length Validation

Added validation to the Creditor BSB field to ensure it is always 6 digits. This will help prevent issues with Payment Files.

Data Extract Email Notification Improvement

Improved the Data Extract notification to inform the recipient which file has been extracted.

NSW Self Insurance | Service Provision Provider Number

The Service Provider ID now shows in the Provider List on the Service Provision page. It is in square brackets to match the Payment's Service Provider dropdown.

This has been included to make it easier for users to select the correct Provider.

NSW Self Insurance | Provider not mandatory for RMA payments

When an RMA Payment Code is selected in NSW, the Provider field is no longer mandatory.

ACT Self Insurance | Payment Context

The Payment Context field was sometimes being filtered out of the submission file. This is now always sent in the ACT submission file.

Comcare Self Insurance | Liability Status

To match other policies in the system, the Comcare Liability Status will no longer be editable. This is to ensure the system is consistent with what has been submitted.

Power Reports Formula

A new formula has been added to Power Reports - "DurationExcludeWeekend" - which calculates the number of weekdays between two dates.

Bug Fixes

HR Data Import | Reporting Structure is case-sensitive

Before: The Reporting Structure column in the HR Import was case-sensitive. This was causing errors to appear when they shouldn't.

After: Bug fixed. The HR Import's Reporting Structure is no longer case-sensitive.

HR Data Import | Reporting Structure error issues

Before: When the HR import had errors relating to the provided Reporting Structure, the error file didn't have enough information for clients to resolve the issue.

After: Improved the HR import error file for Reporting Structure errors:

  • Reporting Structure Unique ID is now included in the error when there is no Reporting Structure Name in the import file.

  • The error file now has the correct row and cell reference.

Manually Added Tasks Due Days

Before: Manually added tasks were sometimes showing a decimal number in the status column.

After: Bug fixed. The status will only show a whole number.

Data Extract Type Issues

Before: There were some issues with the Data Extract Types on the Data Extract page.

After: Updated the Data Extracts page:

  • The 'Type' column filter now only shows Data Extract types that have been enabled in the current account

  • Fixed blank Types

Line Breaks in Error Messages

Before: When multiple error messages appeared in one pop-up, there were no line breaks between the different errors, making it difficult to read.

After: Bug fixed. Line breaks have been added.

Ceased Work Ordering Issue

Before: Ceased Work rows were not always displayed in the correct order. This was causing validation errors to be triggered.

After: Bug fixed. The Ceased Work rows will always be displayed in date order.

Other Payments | Invoice Received & Invoice Received (Employer) bypassing validation

Before: Users were able to bypass the minimum value validation of the Invoice Received and Invoice Received (Employer) fields in certain scenarios.

After: Bug fixed.

Comp Approvals Should Respect the Add Payment Limit

Before: The Compensation Approval process was checking the logged-in user's Approval Limit, instead of their Payment Limit.

After: Bug fixed. The Compensation Approval process will now check the user's Payment Limit.

This is because the Compensation Approval process is used to create Weekly Payments.

VIC Scheme Liability Decision Task Due Date

Before: The VIC non-SI 'Liability Decision required' task due date was being set to 14 days after the Claim Submitted Date. However, according to the specs, this should be 28 days after instead.

After: Bug fixed for new and refreshed tasks going forward.

NSW Self Insurance | Claim Data Workplace Address prepopulation issue

Before: When first adding NSW Claim Data, the Workplace Address fields were sometimes populating incorrectly.

  • If the workplace didn't have an address set, it prepopulated from the Injured Person's address.

  • If some workplace address fields were set and others weren't, it populated some address fields from the workplace and some address fields from the Injured Person's.

After: Bug fixed.

  • If the workplace has an address, it will populate all fields from this.

  • Otherwise, if the policy has an address, it will populate all fields from this.

  • Otherwise, it will not prepopulate the address.

NSW Self Insurance | Claim Data Duty Status Code mandatory issue

Before: The Duty Status Code field in NSW was not mandatory.

After: Bug fixed. The Duty Status Code is now mandatory on the NSW Claim Data page, and a submission check has been added to ensure the field is provided for all NSW Claims.

The SIRA Notification Only checkbox to apply the Liability Status of Reasonable Excuse will not trigger this submission check.

NSW Self Insurance | 'First IM Plan required' Task due date

Before: The 'First IM Plan required [SI] (NSW)' task was due 21 (calendar) days after the significant injury date, instead of 20 working days after.

After: Bug fixed for new and refreshed tasks going forward. The task will now be due 20 weekdays after the significant injury date.

QLD Self Insurance | Claim Data Regulator Deleted Liability Status

Before: In QLD SI, if the latest Liability Status had been regulator-deleted, it was still showing on the Claim Data page.

After: Bug fixed.

QLD Self Insurance | Outcome of Offer Submission Check Update

Before: The QLD 'Permanent Impairment Outcome of Offer is required' submission check was appearing after 20 calendar days, instead of 20 business days.

After: Bug fixed. The Submission check will now appear 28 calendar days after the offer date. It has also been changed to a warning, so that it doesn't prevent clients from running a submission.

QLD Self Insurance | Deleted Permanent Impairment submission check bug

Before: The 'The permanent impairment assesment is 0%, the Outcome of permanent impairment percent must be null' QLD submission check was not excluding deleted or regulator-deleted records.

After: Bug fixed. Deleted and regulator-deleted records will no longer be flagged by this submission check.

QLD Self Insurance | Net Damages Submission Check issues

Before: The Net Damages Resolution Date submission check in QLD was sometimes missing records.

After: Bug fixed.

VIC Self Insurance | Compensation Reduction Letter task not generated when adding payroll week

Before: The 'Compensation Reduction (52 Week) Letter Required (VIC)' task was not always appearing when it should.

After: Bug fixed for new records going forward.
