Updated over a year ago

New Features and Enhancements

New Login Page

Various login pages have been rewritten, giving them a new look. Access and login processes have not changed.

HR Data Import Performance Improvements

Improved the performance of the HR Data Import. This is to improve performance for large import files.

User Expiry Improvement

Validation has been added to the User's Expiry Date field to prevent backdating.

Injury Information | Copy Employee ID

A copy button has been added to the Employee ID in the Injury Information panel.

Supervisor Contact from Injured Person's Manager

When a new Injury is added to the system, a Supervisor Contact will be created if the Injured Person has a Manager linked to their Person Record.

Self Insurance Payment Field Visibility

Self Insurance Payment View pages will now show certain fields if there is a value saved, regardless if the field is set to show or not in the Payment Field Settings (from the Settings > Configuration area):

  • Date Paid

  • Payment Date (line item)

  • Reference Number (line item)

Hospitality Industry Insurance | Initial Notification Form

The new version of the Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) Initial Notification form is now available in the system.

QLD Employee Claim Form

The new version of the QLD Employee Claim Form has been added to the system.

Accounts Payable User | Claim Data Popup

Improved information popup when an Accounts Payable user type tries to add a Weekly Payment to a self-insured record that doesn't have the Claim Data page completed.

The popup will have a Close button instead of the Yes/No buttons.

VIC Self Insurance | Phone Numbers

VIC EDT phone number fields will now allow brackets "(" and ")" and the plus sign "+".

Bug Fixes

User Activity | Person Identifier sometimes blank

Before: There were some issues with the Person Identifier column on the new User Activity page:

  • If the person had been deleted, the Person Identifier was blank for any User Activity rows

  • The Client Unique ID field was being used instead of the SolvHealth ID

After: Bugs fixed.

Claim Export | Filename Issue

Before: When downloading the Claim Export, the file had '.zip.zip' at the end instead of just '.zip'.

After: Bug fixed.

Validation Message Styling

Before: Multiple pages had validation messages that were not aligned correctly.

After: Bug fixed.

Compensation Approval | Permission Issue

Before: Custom user types were unable to access the Compensation Approval page if they didn't have the 'PaymentApprovals' permission.

After: Bug fixed. Custom user types with the 'CompensationApprovals' permission but not the 'PaymentApprovals' permission will be able to access the Compensation Approval page.

Power Reports | Duplicate Notes

Before: There was a bug in Power Reports that caused duplicate rows for Notes objects when the logged-in user had multiple SolvInjury user types.

After: Bug fixed.

iCare Integration - PIAWE Form and PIAWE Agreement Issues

Before: There were some issues with the iCare integration for certain documents.

After: The send to iCare function now works for PIAWE Forms and PIAWE Agreements.

SA Employee Claim Form | BSB Field

Before: The BSB field on the SA Employee Claim Form was dropping the leading zero when the user clicked out of the field.

After: Bug fixed.

TAS Notice Of Right Form Issue

Before: The Date field on the first page of the TAS Notice of Right form had the wrong field label.

After: Bug fixed.

Add Payment Line Item | Comment Field

Before: When adding a Payment Line Item, the user was still able to interact with the Comments field. The Comments field is a field on the main Payment area, not in Payment Line Items.

After: Bug fixed. The Comments field will be disabled while the Add Payment Line Item form is open.

NSW Self Insurance | Unfit Medical Certificate Warning

Before: The Work Status warning when adding an Unfit Medical Certificate to a NSW Self Insured claim was sometimes appearing when it shouldn't. This is because it wasn't checking the Work Status field on the Add Medical Certificate page, it only checked previously saved Work Statuses.

After: Bug fixed. The warning will not appear if the user has set the Work Status to be 'Not Working - no current work capacity' on the current page.

VIC Self Insurance | Injured Worker Title

Before: The Title was mandatory when it shouldn't be.

After: Bug fixed. The Injured Worker Title is no longer a mandatory field in VIC EDT.
