Client Admin users now have the ability to configure Note Templates via Settings > Configuration > Note Templates.

To make it easier to find the correct Attachment to include in the emails sent from the system, the Attachment list is now able to be filtered by Policy.

Manage these via the Mega Menu > Resources > Documents. The Policy filter works similarly to Letter Templates.

Added validation to the Injury Key Fields page to prevent users from adding Key Fields with the following names:

These names already exist as system fields and having a Key Field with the same name can cause issues. If a user tries to add a Key Field with one of these names, a warning message appears.

The TAS Employee Claim Form has been added to the system.

The Injury Import now supports the Paycode field.

This column is not in the import spreadsheet by default, but can be added in manually if required.

The Activity Log now tracks the Risk Rating field on Claim Data pages.

The order of the Language dropdown is now consistent across all Claim Data pages.

Users can now update the Claim Made At date on the NSW Claim Data page. The date can be changed, but cannot be made blank.

Added validation to the TAS Claim Data and Close Injury pages to ensure the RTW Goal field is provided if the claim has ever been closed.

Added a WA SI submission check to ensure that the Weekly Benefit Rate is greater than $50.

Before: When exporting the Email Templates grids, the Last Update column was showing time in UTC whereas the grid in the system was showing local time.

After: Bug fixed. The export will now match the grid.

Before: Right-clicking on an Injury ID and opening in new tab didn't work correctly for all homepage panel types.

After: Bug fixed. All Home Page panels now work correctly when right-clicking the Injury ID and opening in new tab.

Before: When adding a Medical Certificate, if the user ticked a capacity, entered an invalid From or To date, and then unticked the capacity, the date field was hidden but validation was still appearing.

After: Bug fixed. Date validation no longer occurring.

Before: The Creditor Import was creating duplicates of the Creditor Types.

After: Bug fixed.

Before: Some mandatory fields were missing validation messages.

After: Bug fixed. The following fields have had their missing validation messages added.

Before: In Comcare SI, the 'Liability Status determined at is before Claims Processing received at' submission check was including deleted records.

After: Bug fixed. The submission check has been updated to exclude deleted records.

Before: The 'Provisional Liability Decision Required' task was not working correctly. It was being automatically completed when adding Claim Data and setting Liability Status = 'Notification of a work related injury'.

After: Bug fixed. The task now works correctly.

Before: In QLD SI, the 'Permanent Impairment Outcome of Offer is required' submission check Resolve button was redirecting to the Claim Data page, instead of to the Permanent Impairment edit page.

After: Bug fixed. That submission check now redirects to the correct page.

Before: Some payment-related submission checks where including null payments when they shouldn't be.

After: Bug fixed. The following submission checks have been updated to exclude null payments
