New Features and Enhancements

Injury Dashboard Grid Performance Improvements

System performance improvements have been implemented for the Injury Homepage Dashboard. This has improved the user experience when changing between different tabs on the Homepage.

This is especially noticeable when navigating back to a tab you had already loaded. A tab with many rows of data may still take time to load, but if you navigate back to it after clicking on another tab, this loads significantly faster.

Recent Transaction Functionality Update

The Recent Transactions functionality has been updated to only prepopulate fields that are visible and editable on the Payment Add page. Recent Transactions is to be used to help save time for data entry of similar Payment records.

This is different to Null & Replace, which will still copy all fields from the original payment.

Inbox | Other + Weekly Payment Grids

In the inbox, when filing an attachment against an existing payment, the grids for Weekly Payments and Other Payments were the same.

Now the pop-up now shows more appropriate columns depending on the payment class (Other Payments vs. Weekly Payments). This has also meant the columns are less squished, resulting in a better display of the data.

SA Self Insurance | Claim Number Length

Claim Data page validation and a submission check have been added to ensure that any SA Self Insurance Claim Numbers are at least four characters long.

Upcoming Training page

Updated the 'Upcoming Training' page wording to clarify what time the training sessions start.

This is always 1:30 pm Sydney time, AEDT if Daylight Savings is happening, or AEST if there are no Daylight Savings.

Bug Fixes

Comcare Self Insurance | Person Title overwritten when closing a claim

Before: When closing a Comcare SI claim, the person's Title was being overwritten based on the selected gender.

After: Bug fixed. The Title field will no longer be automatically overwritten.

Comcare Self Insurance | Timeframe Submission Check

Before: The 'Timeframe start date must be on or after the date of the first Undetermined liability status' submission check in Comcare was not always appearing when it should. It was only checking injuries that were created during the submission period, instead of all injuries that will have data submitted for the submission period.

After: Bug fixed. The submission check now checks all data that will be included in the submission.

NSW Self Insurance | Activities record missing for Legal Record Permanent Impairment fields

Before: A NSW Activities record was not always created when updating Claim Data Details via the Add Legal Record page. The NSW Activities record is how the data is included in the submission.

After: Bug fixed.

  • Whenever the Claim Data Details are edited via the Legal page, an SI_NSW_Activities row will be added

  • Added a new submission check: "C7236: Where Permanent Impairment S66 (WPI001) payment is reported, Result of whole person impairment (WPI%) (C: 2.2.31) must be greater than zero."

NSW Self Insurance | Provider Number instead of ABN issue

Before: When adding a NSW Other Payment and using the 'Add Another' line item functionality, the provider number was being saved instead of the ABN, which was incorrect for some payment codes.

After: Bug fixed.

QLD Self Insurance | Lodgement issues

Before: When deleting a QLD SI Lodgement, the linked Intimated (INT) Liability Status was not deleted.

After: Added a submission check to flag if an 'INT' Liability Status doesn't have an associated Lodgement record.

VIC Self Insurance | Submission File Issue

Before: The VIC Submission Payment File included decimal places in the Days Lost field, but this was not in line with the specifications and was causing submission errors.

After: Bug fixed. The Days Lost field will no longer include decimals in the submission.

Saving Person Details and Restricted User Access

Before: In SolvSafety and SolvHealth, saving the Person Details page sometimes granted a Restricted usertype to the person's linked user record. This did not

After: Bug fixed.
