Bug Fixes
RTW Coordinator unable to add Medical Certification
Before: The RTW Coordinator was getting endless loading when trying to add a MedCert. The MedCert was saved in the background but any attachments were not.
After: Bug fixed. RTW Coordinator usertype can successfully add MedCerts.
Injury Details | Claim Cost Fields Issue
Before: The 'Claim Cost As At' and 'Claim Cost Updated' fields on the Injury Details page did not always match the values shown on the Injury Summary page. The Injury Details page showed the values from when the Injury Details were first saved, instead of showing the latest values.
After: Bug fixed.
Compensation Approvals | Duplicate Popup Missing Scrollbar
Before: On the Compensation Approvals page, the duplicate pop-up didn't have a scrollbar, even if there were too many rows to display.
After: Bug fixed.
Compensation Approval | Approved Date and Approved By Issue
Before: When creating weekly payments via the Compensation Approval workflow, the Approved Date and Approved By were being automatically set in the database, even though IsApproved was false.
After: Bug fixed. Approved Date and Approved By will not be set until the Payment has been approved.
NSW Self Insurance | Submission Backdated Estimate Issue
Before: Backdated Estimates were, at times, being excluded from the submission file.
After: Bug fixed.
NSW Self Insurance | Zero Estimate Submission Check UTC issue
Before: 'The Estimate at the end of last month was $0 for an Open Claim. This must be greater than $0...' submission check was sometimes appearing when it shouldn't.
After: Bug fixed.
QLD Self Insurance | RTW Status Submission Check fix
Before: The 'RTW Status is required where the Claim Status indicates a finalised/ closed claim' QLD submission check only appeared if the RTW Status was not selected. However, it should also have appeared if the RTW Status was 'RTW Plan Not Applicable' (which is an old value).
After: Bug fixed. The QLD SI RTW Status field submission check appears if the RTW Status is not selected, or if the RTW Status is 'RTW Plan Not Applicable'.
VIC Self Insurance | RTW Submission Check fix
Before: The 'Return to Work Date is required' VIC submission check was sometimes appearing when it shouldn't, because it was checking all Return to Work records for a claim, instead of only the ones prior to the Submission End Date.
After: Bug fixed.
SSO Multi-System Restricted User Issue
Before: In SSO accounts, Restricted Users with access to Injury were unable to log in to Safety.
After: Bug fixed.
{@@RequiredByDate} merge field issue
Before: The {@@RequiredByDate} merge field was not taking the Next Form Due form setting into consideration. It also had a UTC timezone conversion issue.
After: Bug fixed. The merge field now populates the correct value.
Injury Detail Template - Occupation element validation issue
Before: When a mandatory occupation element was added to the Injury Detail Template, it was sometimes triggering unexpected mandatory validation messages, preventing the user from being able to save the Incident.
After: Bug fixed.
