Improvements have been made to the Home Page, especially for navigating between different tabs on the Home Page.
Custom Users | New Workplace Setting
When creating Custom User Types, you can decide if this User Type is automatically selected for access when adding new Workplaces. Client Admin Users are automatically selected when you get to the Workplace User Access page.
To update the Custom User Types, ensure an Inherit From type is selected and edit the checkbox as required. You can edit existing Custom User Types to set this for any existing ones.
Injury Import Error Emails | Omit PII Setting
There is a new Account Setting to exclude PII (personally identifiable information) from Injury Import Error emails. These are sent when an Injury is created via import, e.g. from Donesafe, Solv Safety, via email, and there is an error.
When this setting is enabled:
The import spreadsheet won't be attached to the error email (instead, the filename will be provided)
The error spreadsheet and email body won't include the values that caused the error
Compensation Calculator | Manual Payment Checkbox
There is a new account setting to enable a new Manual Payment field on the Compensation Calculator. When this setting is enabled, the 'Manual Payment' checkbox shows when adding/ editing/viewing a Weekly Entitlement.
Note: This only applies to the standard payroll setup.
If 'Manual Payment' is ticked, this will show as an 'M' in the Weekly Entitlements grid and the Compensation Approvals page.
Power Reports field to be available next release.
QLD Self Insurance Compensation Approval | Compensation Period Days Lost
Previously, the Compensation Approval workflow was creating Compensation Period records with Days Lost = 0. This happened where the input field Days Lost = 0, but Compensation was still being calculated by the calculator (mostly where Earnings were below the Max Compensation Amount). This was resulting in Compensation Periods showing zero Days Lost, but Compensation had been paid.
Now, where Compensation is being paid, Days Lost will be set to 1 instead of 0 when using the Compensation Approval workflow.
SA Self Insurance | Employer Number Validation
Claim Data page validation and a Submission Checker Check have been added to ensure the SA SI Employer Number field contains only numbers.
Power Report | Comcare Self Insurance RTW Status Code field
Added a new field to Power Reports '22, which shows the RTW Status Code for Comcare Self Insurance claims.
Bug Fixes
LastPass Browser Extension Issue
Before: When using the Lastpass browser extension, some fields in the system were being incorrectly populated with credentials from Lastpass.
This was happening when editing certain Email Templates, the subject line was being populated with the user's username.
After: Bug fixed for the examples listed.
Note: This also requires updating a setting in your Lastpass browser extension
Click on the LastPass Extension > Account > Extension Settings
In the settings, click on the Advanced tab
Ensure the 'Respect AutoComplete=off: allow websites to disable Autofill' setting is enabled

RTW Plan PDF | Page Break and Section Headings
Before: When using a page break element just before a section heading element, the section heading element was being split across two pages in the PDF.
After: Bug fixed.
HR Data Import Issues
Duplicate EmployeeID issue:
Before: The People Import was allowing people with duplicate Employee IDs to be created.
After: Bug fixed. Added validation messages to prevent this scenario.
Employment Terminated inconsistency:
Before: The HR Import was using the wrong casing in the Employment.Terminated field's bind. This was resulting in data mismatches for that field.
After: Bug fixed. The bind for that field will always be "injury.IsTerminated".
Terminated At not populating to Injury records:
Before: The Injury's Terminated Date was not being set by the HR data import.
After: Bug fixed. The Terminated Date will populate from the HR Import onto any Injuries linked to the terminated person.
NSW Self Insurance | Other Payments Recent Transactions
Before: When using the Recent Transactions functionality, the Service Date validation wasn't working, which allowed users to select a Service Date after the selected Provider's End Date.
After: Bug fixed.
NSW Self Insurance | Service Provisions Validation
Before: The duplicate Service Provision validation was appearing even if the existing Service Provision for that provider had been nulled.
After: Bug fixed. The validation will ignore Service Provisions that have been nulled.
VIC Self Insurance | Certificate of Capacity Permissions
Before: In VIC, users without Claim Data access were unable to add the Certificate of Capacity record via the Medical Certificates page.
After: Bug fixed. Users who have the ability to add Medical Certificates will be able to see the Certificate of Capacity fields on the Medical Certificate page.
