System Release Notes for 4 November 2025

Updated over 5 months ago

Our development team currently has a focus on system performance. There is further work happening that will be detailed in future releases.

New Features and Enhancements

Add Injury Performance Improvement

Page loading improvements have been made to improve the loading time of the Add Injury page. The way the dropdown lists load in the background has been targeted to improve load times.

Accounts with larger Person Record lists will see a greater improvement.

Suburb List Sorting

The way that the Suburb dropdown list has been sorted has been changed to aid in improving page load times on pages where the Suburb dropdown exists.

It now sorts by State, then Postcode, then Suburb. Previously, it was sorted by the order of suburb creation from the Australia Post documentation.

New Power Reports Fields

Payment Date has been added to the Payment Line Items object. This is in UTC date/time.

Creditor Inactive Fields have been added to the Creditor object.

  • Inactive - this is a True/ False flag

  • Inactive Date - this is the UTC date/time when a creditor was made inactive

Bug Fixes

NSW Compensation Approvals | CWE not populated on Weekly Payment

Before: In NSW, the Current Weekly Earnings (CWE) field was not being populated from the Weekly Entitlement to the Weekly Payment when using the Compensation Approvals process.

After: Bug fixed. The CWE will be populated onto the Weekly Payment via Compensation Approvals.

NSW Self Insurance | Medical Certificate Submission Check

Before: The 'No Certificate of Capacity has been added for this claim and the claim has been Accepted.' NSW submission check was appearing for Fatalities, when it shouldn't.

After: Bug fixed. That submission check will not appear if Result of Injury is 'Death'.

QLD Self Insurance | Submission Check Lodgements issues

Before: The new QLD Lodgement submission check was flagging incorrectly. It was checking whether every Intimated Liability Status had a corresponding Lodgement with the same date, but this was more strict than the regulatory requirements.

After: Bug fixed. The new QLD Lodgement submission check has been removed.
