As your supporters begin enrolling in your digital actions, you can download those results from the Web Pages tab. This data will be in the form of an Excel document that breaks down the information that was provided by the individual.
Downloading Action Sign-Ups
The first step to downloading text responses is to navigate to the Web Pages tab. You can access that by clicking the dropdown on the left of the portal and selecting Digital > Web Pages.
The action grid will display the full list of actions within your organization. Hover over the text you want to download the results from and then click the blue download button on the right of the screen.
Once the file has successfully processed, you'll receive a notification to your email and from the top right notification bell. Access the link in either area to download your file.
