Within the Talent Card, you will be able to access the link to the desired Interview Kit. The image below shows where to find the Interview Kit inside the Card.
In Part 1 of the Kit, you will find on the left side of the screen:
Talent's name;
Talent's LinkedIn;
Link to the Talent Card in the job position;
Talent's resume;
Interview script within the text field where you can fill in your notes.
On the right side of the screen, you will find:
Scorecard to fill out:
Rate the criteria from 1 to 5 stars and add an optional comment for your rating;
If you are unable to identify any criteria during the interview, disable its completion with the toggle on the right corner.
Search for criteria in the upper search bar.
Expand or collapse the visibility of the criteria categories to improve usability.
Job description:
Click on the tab at the top of the screen to access the job description. The description displayed is the one entered at the time the job was posted.
By clicking "Next" in the bottom right corner of the screen, you will be directed to Part 2 of the form.
In Part 2, you will find:
The options "Definitely not," "No," "Yes," "Absolutely" to indicate whether the talent passed the interview or not.
A text field to fill in the Official Interview Opinion with the justification for the decision provided above.
On the right side, the possibility to view the notes and interview script, as well as the Scorecard, both filled in Part 1.
After completing all the fields, click "Submit evaluation" to generate the talent's interview results.
Throughout the Interview Kit, all filled information and edits made on the screens are automatically saved.
