I contacted support weeks ago about a new account but haven't received a reply. Are the support emails still active?
The "Active Requests" view on the merchant portal is only showing older submissions. Newer requests after a certain date aren't appearing unless I search manually. What's going on?
The sorting on my Active Requests page defaults to oldest-first, and clicking date/time sorts alphabetically instead of by most recent. Did I change a setting?
What options do I have to limit how far back transaction data is pulled? Can I set it to less than 365 days?
