What are Checklists?

Checklists are interactive, step-by-step guides that help users learn how to use iQualify.

Each Checklist is tailored to a specific role and is designed to make onboarding easier by guiding users through the features and tasks most relevant to them. Checklists provide a simple, self-service way to learn how to use iQualify, discover key functionality, and find support resources when needed.

They’re optional, but can help you get the most out of iQualify!

What's included in a Checklist?

Each Checklist includes a series of role-specific steps designed to help you get started with iQualify. You can work through the steps at your own pace, mark them as complete, and return to them at any time (we’ve included an estimated completion time so you know what to expect!).

Checklists may include help articles, videos, tips and tricks, recommended actions, and guidance on key features.

Who receives Checklists?

New users will be prompted to start their Checklist when they first log in to iQualify. Existing users will also receive a Checklist when they are assigned a new role.

Tip: Existing users can also complete Checklists. They can be a great way to discover features and tools you may not be using yet.

Where can I find my Checklist?

When you first log in to iQualify, or when you are assigned a new role, you'll be prompted to access your Checklist through the iQualify support widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

You can return to your Checklist at any time by opening the support widget and selecting Tasks.

Make the Most of Your Checklist

Whether you're new to iQualify or an experienced user, Checklists are a great way to learn about the tools and features available to you. Completing a Checklist can help users get up to speed faster, find answers independently, and develop a stronger understanding of the platform.

We encourage all users to complete the Checklist available to them. It's designed to help you build confidence, discover useful functionality, and get the most value from iQualify.
