Accessibility support and testing in iQualify

Learn about iQualify's accessibility standards, supported assistive technologies, and the devices and browsers used for accessibility testing.

iQualify is committed to making learning accessible for all users. For all new features and enhancements, iQualify strives for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and is guided by the New Zealand Government Web Accessibility Standards.

Accessibility testing

To help ensure accessibility across the platform, we test for:

  • Keyboard navigation and usability

  • Testing with assistive technologies:

    • Windows Narrator

    • Mac VoiceOver

    • NVDA

Supported devices and browsers

iQualify is tested on the devices and browsers most commonly used by our learners on desktop and mobile devices. This testing matrix is reviewed every six months and updated as needed.

Responsive design testing

iQualify is tested across a range of screen sizes, from desktop displays (1920 × 1080) down to mobile devices (390 × 844), to help ensure a consistent and accessible experience.
