As part of our commitment to transparency around data collection and retention, the profile page of all learner accounts includes a privacy section.
As an account owner, you can choose whether this tab is displayed to your learners or not.
How to:
Click on your avatar and choose iQualify settings.
Open the side navigation menu.
Select and expand feature settings and select privacy information.
From here you can choose whether it is on or off.
When switched on, from their profile page learners can:
See the types of personal data collected and what it is used for
Request that all personal data held is deleted
Request an electronic copy of all their personal data held.
When turned off, the privacy tab will not be displayed on the learner's profile page.
