As a learner, you can reset any Non-assessed tasks if you want to have another go.

However, resetting Assessed tasks is managed by your learning provider so you’ll need to contact them.

Reset your own Non-assessed tasks

To have another go at one of your non-assessed tasks, use Reset on the top right of the task.

You can also see all of your previous attempts which can be very handy.

Contact your learning provider for Assessed tasks

Your learning provider manages all of your assessed tasks. Depending on the course rules and requirements, facilitators can reset assessed tasks so you can have another go, or they might be able to grant you an extension. So if you need to resubmit, or won’t meet the due date - get in touch with your facilitator or learning provider.
