As a learner, you can reset any non-assessed tasks yourself to have another go. However, assessed tasks are all managed by your particular learning provider so you’ll need to contact them.

Reset your own non-assessed tasks

To have another go at one of your non-assessed tasks, simply select reset on the top right of the task.

You can also see all of your previous attempts which can be very handy.

Contact your learning provider for assessed tasks

Your learning provider manages all of your assessed tasks. So if you need to have another go, or won’t meet the due date - get in touch with your facilitator or learning provider.

Message your facilitator

Depending on your course and learning provider, you might have access to Facilitator support under your Talk channels. Check out Facilitator support talk channels for more detail on how to find and use this chat channel.

Contact your learning provider

At the bottom of any page you should see a phone icon. Select the phone to see options to get in touch with your learning provider.
