Why Is My Withdrawal Pending?

Updated over 3 months ago

If your withdrawal is currently on hold, don't worry — there’s usually a clear reason. Let’s break it down:

💳 Is this your first withdrawal?

For your first payout, we’re required to verify your identity and address before processing any funds.

You likely saw a pop-up in the cashier section asking you to upload your documents. These need to be reviewed and approved before your request can move forward.

If you haven’t submitted the necessary verification documents — or if what you provided couldn’t be approved — your withdrawal will remain pending for up to 3 days.
After that, the funds will automatically be returned to your account.

🔁 Already withdrawn before?

Even if it's not your first time, your withdrawal might be temporarily on hold for these reasons:

  • 📄 We’ve asked for proof of payment methods, and we’re still waiting to receive it.

  • 🏆 You’ve had a big win! In line with our Terms & Conditions, large withdrawals may be paid in instalments and undergo extra checks.

  • 🔍 Your recent transactions are currently under review as part of our routine security procedures.

If you’re unsure why your withdrawal is delayed, our Customer Support team is ready to assist you — feel free to reach out anytime!
