This delay is entirely dependent on your bank’s processing times, and unfortunately, we have no control over it.

To help us investigate faster, make sure to attach a bank statement (preferably in PDF format) showing all transactions from the date you made the withdrawal up to today.

Ensure you’ve used an IBAN registered in your own name when requesting a withdrawal. Providing your statement helps us work with the payment provider to trace the transaction quickly.
