Jamble Seller Fees and Commissions

What you will learn

This guide shows how much Jamble charges per sale, how the commission is calculated and how much lands in your wallet.

Jamble's commission

Jamble's standard commission is 10% of the price of the product sold. It is deducted automatically before the amount reaches your wallet. You never have to pay anything manually.

The commission applies to sales in lives and to sales in the Loja (shop).

How it works in practice

Example with a $100.00 sale:

  • Sale price: $100.00

  • Jamble commission (10%): $10.00

  • You receive: $90.00

Your earnings = sale price × 90%

What about shipping?

Shipping is paid by the buyer, separately, and is not part of the commission. It does not reduce your earnings.

What about payment fees?

The payment processing fee (Pix or card) is paid by the buyer and shows in the order summary before they pay. It is not taken from your earnings.

When is the commission charged?

The commission is deducted when the sale is completed, after the buyer receives the item. Your wallet always shows the amount you receive, with the commission already taken out.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, no commission is charged.

Where to see the fees for each sale

Open the sale in the app or under Vendas (Sales) in the Seller Hub. You see the product price, Jamble's fees and the amount you receive.

Other costs

  • No monthly fee and no listing fee. You only pay the commission when you sell

  • Withdrawing is free. Withdrawals to your bank account cost nothing

  • Recebimento Antecipado (early payout) is optional. If you turn it on, you get card sales faster, with a small fee on those payments. The fee is shown before you turn it on

Key tips

  • Set your prices with the commission in mind. If you want to receive $90.00, sell for $100.00. Quick formula: amount you want to receive ÷ 0.90 = sale price

  • Shipping does not affect your earnings. The buyer pays shipping separately
