You may cancel your subscriptions from your personal account https://account.crocoblock.com/
Navigate to Purchase details in your account dashboard.
Select View details for the relevant subscription.
Go to Subscription details.
Click on Manage.
Click Cancel.
Troubleshooting Missing Cancel Buttons
If you cannot find the Manage or Cancel button:
Confirm you’re viewing the original purchase entry with a Complete status.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct account associated with the subscription.
If issues persist, contact Crocoblock Support for assistance.
Make sure you are checking the initial purchase with a complete status, not renewal. This ensures the cancel option appears in the subscription details. If you’re unable to locate it, contact Crocoblock Support.
Be advised, cancelling the subscription doesn't mean you won't be able to use your plugins; it will only disable auto-renewal. After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. Once the period expires, access to Crocoblock services will no longer be available. To keep using the product, you can renew the subscription manually from your personal account.
