What Will We Learn Here?
In this guide, we will learn how to view your campaign data and export a detailed Excel file containing the full list of donors. We will cover two ways to do this: a quick way via the Campaign screen, and an advanced way via the Data screen.
Steps
Option 1: Via the Campaigns List (The Fast Way)
This is the quickest way to get the data for a specific campaign.
Enter the Organization Area and click on "Fundraising" (or "My Campaigns") in the side menu.
Locate the desired campaign in the list.
Click on the Actions button (three dots) in the campaign row.
In the menu that opens, click on "Analytics".
To save the report to your computer, click on the Download icon (arrow/cloud) at the top of the table.
Option 2: Via the Data Screen (For Advanced Filtering)
Use this option if you want to filter by specific dates across campaigns.
Click on "Donations" in the side menu.
Type the name of the campaign in the "Campaign Name" search box.
Select the desired Date Range for the report (e.g., "This Month" or "Since beginning of year").
Once the data appears, click on the Download icon to export the file.
