After completing your lab tests, the lab will send results within 2-5 days:

Lab results sent to Livewell medical provider
The lab will send a copy of your results to the medical provider that wrote your lab requisition. When your provider receives your lab results, they will continue the consultation and write to you in the Medical Chat to discuss your results.
If the medical team is not responding within 7 days after you went to the lab, then ask our team via the live support chat or at care@joinlivewell.ca with the details of the lab you went to (lab name, address, phone number). We will call the lab and follow up on your results.
Lab results sent to you directly
If you have your lab results, you need to upload them on your Livewell User Profile so your medical provider can finalize your consultation.
How to upload your lab results:
Go to your User Profile
Under the section Lab Results, click on "Upload lab results" and select the lab files
Let the medical team know that your results are ready via the Medical Chat.
