Jolly is how your employer says thank you with real rewards. You do good work, you earn points, and you turn those points into things you actually want.
The three tabs
Everything happens in three places at the bottom of the app.
Earn - see what you can do right now to earn points. Your employer sets these up, and new ones show up over time.
Inbox - where your points land after you earn them. You have to tap to claim them here before they count toward your balance.
Shop - spend your points once they're claimed.
Getting started
Download the Jolly app.
Log in with your mobile phone number and the code texted to you.
Check the Earn tab to see what's available.
Check your Inbox regularly and claim anything waiting for you.
Why it matters to check in
Points you earn don't automatically add to your balance. They wait in your Inbox until you claim them, and unclaimed points get sent back to your employer on Jolly Day, the last day of every month. Get in the habit of checking your Inbox at least once a week.
What you can do with points
Once you claim points, they move into your balance and you can spend them in the Shop. What's stocked there is set by your employer, so it varies. See "How do I redeem points and track an order?"
