Jolly points aren't cash. You redeem them in the Jolly Shop, and they can't be moved out of Jolly, so they can't be paid into your bank account.
Where your points are
Inbox: points you've earned but not claimed yet. Tap Claim to move them to your Wallet. Unclaimed points go back to your employer on Jolly Day, the last day of every month.
Wallet: your balance, transaction history and orders. Tap your points balance at the top of the app to open it.
How to use your points
Spend claimed points in the Shop tab.
Claimed points don't expire while your account is active.
