Points come from campaigns your employer sets up in the Earn tab. Open it to see everything that's live right now.
What kinds of campaigns you might see
Every employer is different, but common ones include:
A mission for hitting a goal, like showing up on time for a stretch of shifts
Enrollment or new-hire bonuses
Completing a survey
Birthday and work-anniversary rewards
Points sent to you directly by your manager or admin
Checking your progress
Tap any campaign in the Earn tab to see how close you are to finishing it. Some show a percentage, some show a checklist of steps. Your activity syncs automatically in the background, so a fresh action you just completed may take a little while to show up.
Claiming what you earn
Finishing a campaign doesn't put points straight into your balance. Watch your Inbox tab. That's where a claim shows up. Tap it to add the points to your balance. Some Inbox items ask you to finish something first, like a short quiz, before you can claim. Open the item and follow the prompt.
If nothing shows up in the Earn tab
If you don't see any active campaigns, your employer hasn't launched one right now. New ones can appear at any time, so it's worth checking back.
Who can earn
Only enrolled users earn points. Managers and other admin accounts running the program don't earn from it themselves.
Not seeing a campaign you think you should have? See "Why am I not earning points?" or ask your manager.
