What is a Data Gatherer
Data Gatherers can access only the data collection metrics and sites assigned to them by the Admin. When assigning a Data Gatherer role, you can select specific data points and sites to the chosen user.
How to Invite a Data Gatherer
Under the 'Setup' section in the left-hand navigation panel, click 'Users'
2. Add the users name and email address and select the user type: 'Data Gatherer'
3. Scroll down to 'Set up access'
4. Here, you can granularly pick which data points they have access to
5. Then, switch to the 'Entities' tab to set up entity access. Here you can granularly pick which entities the data gatherer will have access to.
6. Press: 'done' in the bottom right-hand corner, to save your selections.
What is a Data Point Set
A feature that streamlines data gatherer management by allowing admins to create reusable collections of data points that can be assigned to multiple users at once.
How to create a Data Point Set
1.Under the 'Setup' section in the left-hand navigation panel, click 'Users'
2. Click the tab 'Data Point Sets'
3. Click the button 'Create new set' in the top-right corner
4. Enter a name for your Data Point Set and select the Data Points you would like to be included in the set
5. Click 'Save Changes'
6. You will then be able to see your newly saved Data Point Set
How to Assign Users to Data Point Sets
Once the contact information of the user has been added, select 'data gatherer' and then you will be taken to the Data point and Entity access set up
2. Here, you will need to toggle on 'Use Data Point Set'
3. Simply select your pre-created Data Point Set
4. Ensure that you have also provided them with access to an entity
5. Click 'Done' in the bottom right-hand corner
