Introduction

Kickscale automatically identifies and maps CRM entities based on participants' email addresses. However, you may sometimes need to manually adjust these mappings because the Meeting was not correctly mapped or no respective contact has been found. This guide will show you how to manually map Contacts, Companies, and Deals/Opportunities to your meetings in Kickscale.

Steps for Manual CRM Mapping

  1. Open the Meeting Detail View

  2. Locate the CRM Section
Look for the CRM section in the upper right corner of the meeting header. This section indicates if any entities have already been mapped to the meeting.

  6. Search for Entities
Type the name of the entity you're looking for in the respective text fields.

  7. Select Correct Mappings
Choose the appropriate entities from the search results.

  8. Sync Changes
After selecting the correct mappings, click the "Sync" button to push the meeting summary and next steps to the mapped entities as notes in your CRM.
