This help centre article has been written for the Koru Kids nanny service

  1. Register online (takes 2 minutes) and you’ll immediately be able to view profiles of all the nannies in your area using our Search Feature. You can update your requirements to filter your search results.

  2. You’ll be able to see a Live Count of all the nannies who meet your requirements. (Top tip: try tweaking your search criteria to see how it affects the number of nannies visible to you.)

  3. You can message nannies about the role with your family. You can shortlist your favourites and start a conversation with nannies about the role with your family using our messaging tool - you can message as many nannies as you’d like. You’ll also receive email notifications about any new nannies in your area.

  4. If a nanny is interested in the role, you can then talk to them directly via our messaging tool. We have a ‘quick reply’ feature that’ll make this super easy for you. From here, you can have a chat about an interview. Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like.

  5. You can book a phone or in-person interview with them within the conversation - take a look at our tips here!

  6. You’re welcome to meet with multiple candidates before deciding which one to go ahead with. You can meet the same nanny more than once or organise a trial to make sure they’re the right fit for your family. (Note: trials must be paid for through Koru Kids.)

  7. Once you’ve found your perfect nanny, you can offer them a job via your messaging tool*. Koru Kids then takes care of all the admin for you including setting up your contract and payroll. But it doesn’t stop there - we’ll continue to support you and your nanny for the duration of your time together.

If you ever want to speak with one of the team about your search, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 020 8050 5678, or email

* Please note, you will be required to pay an advance payment in order to secure your nanny once your job offer has been accepted. Read more about this here.
