In the event that your card is either lost or stolen, we've built new services to ensure that you don't get behind on payments. By accessing the app and reviewing your order, you pause your payments for 2 weeks while the new card is in transit.

Simply follow these steps to add a new card and ensure that it's the default. Once completed, all payments that are soon to be due will be processed automatically. If you do have overdue payments, ensure these are paid manually through the app to avoid any late fees.

Card hasn't arrived yet? Send us a message and we'll assist with pausing your payments further so that you aren't charged during this time.
