In the event that your card is either lost or stolen, please reach out to our team using the messenger widget below. We can pause your payments whilst you wait for a new card.

Simply follow these steps to add a new card and ensure that it's the default. Once completed, all payments that are soon to be due will be processed automatically. If you do have overdue payments, ensure these are paid manually through the app to avoid any late fees.
