Resending confirmation emails
Resending confirmation emails

If for any reason one of your participants needs to be resent their confirmation email, you have the ability to do this via the Organizer Dashboard. You can do this from two different places:


Resending from the 'All bookings' page

Click on 'Performance' on the left hand side of your dash, then click on 'All bookings'

On 'All bookings', use the search box to find the participant you want to resend the confirmation email to. It's usually quickest to do this by searching via either email address or booking id.

Once you've found the participant in question, tick the checkbox on the left hand side of their row on the Startlist, then click 'Modify' on the right hand side.

On the Modify dropdown, click 'Resend confirmation email'.

Click 'Resend email' in the resulting pop-up, and the confirmation email will be automatically resent to your participant.


Resending from an event startlist

You can also resend confirmation emails from the Startlist of individual events on the Organizer Dashboard.

First, find the event your participant has entered from the homepage of your Organizer Dashboard, and then click on 'View bookings' to open the Startlist.

From here, use the search box to find the participant you want to resend the confirmation email to. It's usually quickest to do this by searching via either email address or booking id.

Once you've found the participant in question, tick the checkbox on the left hand side of their row on the Startlist, then click 'Modify' on the right hand side.

On the Modify dropdown, click 'Resend confirmation email'.

Click 'Resend email' in the resulting pop-up, and the confirmation email will be automatically resent to your participant.
