💡 Note: Before we ingest any participant data into Let's Do This, we hash it, it so that none of it is personally identifiable. It's not used for any purpose other than historic start list matching (unless you also want to use this data for your own marketing campaigns), and we delete the raw files you send us once we’ve hashed the data.
When you migrate to Let's Do This, uploading participant Startlist data for your event(s) is important because:
it ensures there is no disruption for participants who have registered for a currently active event on a different platform (before you migrate the event to Let’s Do This). This ensures you have one singular source of truth for all of your registrations.
it allows you to make the most of the LDT Marketing Email tool, when looking to target past participants.
in the UK, any participant who has previously registered for one of your events in the last 12 months will be seen as an LDT Reactivated Entry
Data Fields
To ingest your historic start list data, we need you to supply us with various fields.
First of all, Event Date (Date/Month/Year) is a mandatory field. We then need you to supply us with one of full name + date of birth, or email address, or phone number
Finally, if you have the data to hand, you can also optionally send us the event name.
