Easily add your event to Let's Do This to reach a wide audience. Follow these steps.

Adding your event to Let's Do This is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to add your event and make it accessible to a broad audience of enthusiastic participants.

Adding an event

  1. Log in to your Let's Do This account to access your Organizer Dashboard.

  2. Once you're in the dashboard, locate the 'Add Event' button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. When you click on the 'Add Event' button, a pop-up window will appear with two options:

  • Renew an Existing Event: If you're looking to renew or create a new occurrence of an event while retaining your reviews and year-on-year data tracking, this is the option for you. Contact Partner Success at partnersuccess@letsdothis.com to get set up for this option.

  • Create New: If you're setting up a completely new event, select this option to proceed.


Select β€œAdd event”.

General event setup

After choosing the appropriate option, you'll be directed to set up your event details:

  • Event Title: Provide the name of your event.

  • Event Start Date: Choose the date when your event will take place.

  • Website: Enter the URL to the webpage of the event on your website.

  • Contact Email Address: This is the email address where registrants can reach out for assistance.

  • Status: Keep the selection as "Draft" until you have completed the process of adding the races and creating participant registration tickets for the event.

  • Event Location: Specify where the event will take place.

⚠️ Note: To make your event public and discoverable, contact your Partner Success Manager on the Let's Do This team.

Customize your event page

Add images

It's time to make your event page attractive and informative by adding relevant content and images:

  • Primary Image: This is the main image that will be displayed at the top of your event page.

  • Event Logo: Upload your event's logo.

  • Additional Images: Add more images that showcase your event.

Event Details

To provide participants with comprehensive information, fill in the following event details:

  • Course Details: Describe the course layout, races, distance, terrain, and any important points.

  • What's Included: List what participants will receive upon registration, such as race kits, merchandise, or amenities.

  • Race Day Logistics: Explain the schedule for race day, including registration, start times, waves, and awards.

  • Travel Information: If applicable, offer travel guidance for participants coming from out of town. i.e. parking information.

  • Kit List: Detail any specific items participants need to bring or wear on race day.

  • Spectator Info: Provide information for spectators, including viewing points and activities.

Adding FAQs

Add frequently asked questions (FAQs) that participants might have. This helps provide clarity and reduces inquiries to your support team.

Selecting Tags

Make your event easily discoverable by selecting relevant tags that correspond to your event's characteristics and features.

Once you've filled in all the necessary information and customized your event page, click the 'Save' button to finalize the setup of your event.

Now that you've added your event to Let's Do This, it's time to create the races and generate participant registration tickets for the event. Follow this guide to learn more.
